Detailed Work Profile

Handle tyre warranty claims and performance-related issues with a strong, confident approach.

Conduct tyre inspections, prepare reports, and justify approvals or rejects professionally.

Work under pressure when managing urgent complaints, fleet breakdowns, or high-volume issues.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with fleets, dealers, workshops, and transport companies.

Conduct field visits for tyre inspections, failure analysis, and performance monitoring.

Maintain updated records of claims, complaints, tyre performance data, and field observations.

Coordinate with internal teams for claim processing, technical assessments, and customer support.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering (preferred).

Experience in tyre industry – PCR, TBR, OTR.

Basic knowledge of tyre types, patterns, and maintenance (training can be provided).

Valid driving licence.

Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
