Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and other online platforms.
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and responses.
Create and edit digital content – posts, stories, reels, banners, basic videos, presentations.
Coordinate online promotions, product launches, and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage and update company website and landing pages with latest products, news, and promotions.
Work with external agencies, designers, and influencers when needed.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance (reach, clicks, lead generation, conversions) using digital analytics tools.
Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and recommend improvements based on insights.
Support online reputation management by monitoring reviews and customer feedback.
Assist in designing digital brochures, catalogues, and email templates.
Manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, offers, and customer database segmentation.
Ensure all digital activities follow brand guidelines, company policy, and market regulations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital lead generation.
Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging content and campaign ideas.
Basic skills in graphic design / content tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) – video editing is an advantage.
Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, and ads.
Analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn new tools and trends.
