Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production of puffs, dry cakes, and other bakery items.
Ensure quality, taste, and consistency of all products.
Manage and supervise the production team effectively.
Plan and execute production schedules to meet order requirements.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the production area.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team as needed.
Introduce improvements in recipes, processes, and production efficiency.
Required Experience
