Job Description

Manage food costing, portion control, inventory, and overall kitchen efficiency.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency in daily operations.
Experiment with bold and original culinary ideas, pushing boundaries and exploring new techniques.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements
Preferably a South American chef with exposure to diverse cuisines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food costing, menu planning, and kitchen management.
Young, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow with the brand.
Open-minded, creative, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Adventurous personality—excited about relocating to Nigeria and contributing to a unique culinary venture.
