Position Description

The Senior Engineer is responsible for managing and delivering complex engineering and infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This role involves defining project scope, setting schedules, allocating resources, and providing technical support to the project team. The Senior Engineer will oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and mitigate risks. The position requires maintaining accurate project schedules, preparing monthly project reports, and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee project scope, cost, and schedule from conceptual design to construction completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Provide direction and manage day-to-day operational activities for project team members, consultants, and contractors. Ensure project schedules and monthly reports are accurate and updated.

Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to ensure milestones and deliverables meet quality standards.

Establish project goals and lead the team through planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and technical support throughout all project stages.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are executed within the prescribed timeline, scope, and financial parameters while minimizing risks.

Lead efforts related to design, project management, construction activities, and quality control. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.

Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with established project guidelines.
