Role Overview
Looking for DevOps Engineers experienced in Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud environments, and automation. The role involves building scalable DevOps pipelines, managing SaaS environments, and enabling cloud-native reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Deployment
Develop reusable Helm charts, pipelines, and deployment templates.
Manage containerized deployments on AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift.
Implement Kubernetes best practices and maintain industry-standard configurations.
SaaS Enablement
Manage Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant SaaS environments.
Deploy across AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on security and scalability.
Drive cloud cost optimization through efficient resource usage.
Automation & Environments
Automate provisioning/lifecycle management for Dev, QA, and UAT environments.
Improve engineering workflows for productivity and stability.
Technical Leadership
Own DevOps pipeline implementation and platform infrastructure.
(Optional) Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 DevOps engineers.
Monitoring & Observability
Implement observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger.
Integrate monitoring and alerting with CI/CD for proactive issue resolution.
Experience Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
Expert in Kubernetes & Helm (strongest requirement).
Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitOps workflows.
Strong cloud deployment skills (AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenShift).
Proficient in scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy).
Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and config management (Ansible).
Deep understanding of cloud-native security: RBAC, secrets, image hardening, compliance (CIS, SOC2, OPA).
Experience with observability stacks (OLTP, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger).
Bonus Skills
Cloud certifications.
Experience with Argo CD or Flux.
Virtual Kubernetes tooling (KinD).
Understanding of multi-tenant architectures.
Background in Java/Python development.
Cloud cost optimization expertise.
