Assistant Trainer (Early Childhood Learning)

Role Overview
The Assistant Trainer supports classroom delivery, ensures smooth session operations, and collaborates closely with the Main Trainer. This role involves active participation, material preparation, classroom management, and child engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

Operational Support

Practice lesson plans with the Main Trainer before each session.

Set up the classroom, prepare materials, and ensure audio/visual readiness.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.

Material & Classroom Management

Organize and store teaching materials systematically.

Distribute books, worksheets, and activity items to children.

Maintain cleanliness and reset the classroom after each session.

Child Support & Engagement

Know children’s basic information and assist new students in integrating into class.

Engage actively during activities and support interactive learning.

Follow a non-interruption policy by avoiding interruptions to the Main Trainer except when necessary.

Process & Discipline

Follow weekly schedules, program flow, and lesson objectives.

Prohibit mobile phone usage during class hours to maintain focus.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
