Assistant Manager – Sales (B2B + B2C)

Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Sales drives both institutional outreach (B2B) and parent conversions (B2C). The role requires strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to conduct impactful demo sessions and support admission closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic B2B Partnerships

Identify and engage schools, hospitals, corporates, and child-focused institutions for partnerships.

Formalize associations through MoUs and build long-term referral pipelines.

Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to expand outreach.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion (B2C)

Engage parents via inbound leads, events, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct home demo sessions and virtual demo sessions as needed.

Collaborate with the counselling team to drive conversions and maintain CRM discipline.

3. Events, Activations & Networking

Represent the brand at workshops, fairs, education seminars, and community events.

Coordinate with marketing for on-ground activities to maximize lead flow.

4. Collaboration & Admissions Support

Support weekend consultations and high-intent parent meetings at the center.

Assist in presentations, objection handling, and closing enrollments.

Align with internal teams for smooth weekend operations.

 

Experience Requirements:

5. Field Presence & Office Coordination

Conduct regular field visits for institutional outreach and parent meetings.

Spend weekends at the center for demo sessions and parent interactions.

Participate in team discussions, reviews, and strategic planning.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain accurate data on leads, demo sessions, and admissions.

Present weekly reports and insights to management.

Contribute ideas for improving pitches, lead funnels, and outreach efforts.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.

Proven experience in institutional tie-ups and direct consumer conversions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Field-focused, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Flexible to work weekends and travel for meetings/events.
