Admissions Counsellor / Parent-Child Advisor
Role Overview
The Admissions Counsellor acts as the primary connection between parents and the early-learning program. This role involves understanding parent aspirations, explaining the learning methodology, and guiding families through the enrollment journey with empathy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
Respond to new inquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand the child’s age, developmental needs, and parent expectations.
Schedule campus consultations and ensure parents receive timely follow-ups.
Consultation & In-Center Experience
Host parents during their center visits, understand concerns, and connect emotionally.
Introduce the teaching methodology and facilitate trial/observation sessions with the child.
Ensure parents feel valued, informed, and confident in the program.
Objection Handling & Follow-Ups
Address questions related to curriculum, pricing, schedules, and commitments with clarity and patience.
Maintain structured follow-up communication to build trust and drive conversions.
Admissions & Onboarding
Guide parents through packages, pricing options, and documentation.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and prepare families for their first sessions.
Conduct virtual demo sessions when required.
Experience Requirements:
Post-Enrollment Support
Check in with parents after the child’s initial classes to collect feedback.
Collaborate internally to resolve concerns and strengthen parent satisfaction.
Identify happy parents for referral generation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in counselling, inside sales, or parent-facing roles (education preferred).
Warm communication style with strong emotional intelligence.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and build rapport quickly.
Passion for child development and comfort working on weekends.
