Role Overview
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and FinTech. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with banks and financial institutions, drive lead generation, and support the full sales cycle for core banking and digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct lead generation via calls, emails, chat, and digital platforms.
Qualify prospects and manage them through the complete sales cycle.
Build product knowledge of core banking systems, payments, CRM, and analytics.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion.
Maintain CRM entries with accurate pipeline and forecasting data.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare periodic sales activity and pipeline reports.
Experience Requirements:
What You Should Have
Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing, Sales, IT Management preferred).
Familiarity with core banking platforms (Finacle or equivalent).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM tools and productivity software.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working in a target-oriented environment.

Compensation
