About the Role

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably within Banking & Financial Technology. The role involves driving business development, managing client relationships, and closing deals for banking software solutions and consulting services across EMEA and MENA regions. This position offers global exposure, leadership interaction, and a fast-track growth path in the FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and revenue growth across EMEA & MENA regions.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI-centric business cases.

Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and Business Heads in banks and financial institutions.

Collaborate with consulting, presales, technology, and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Represent the organization at client meetings, business forums, and industry conferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–4 years of experience in IT/Software Sales, preferably in BFSI or Banking Technology.

MBA (Marketing, Sales, or IT Management preferred).

Good understanding of Banking & Financial Technology (ERP, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments).

Proven ability to build client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel across EMEA and MENA regions as needed.

12 LPA – 16 LPA + 1.5% Sales Incentive on target achievement
