Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Reservations & Spa Sales Agent to manage hotel and spa bookings while delivering exceptional service. The role combines guest reservations, spa sales, and revenue optimization to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservations & Guest Services

Handle all room and spa reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Process bookings accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).

Provide detailed information on room categories, rates, and special offers.

Coordinate special requests to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Spa Sales & Coordination

Promote and sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.

Schedule and manage spa appointments efficiently.

Collaborate with spa and front-office teams to ensure seamless guest service.

Apply upselling techniques to maximize spa revenue.

Revenue & Sales Support

Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost overall revenue.

Stay informed about ongoing promotions and seasonal packages.

Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets.

Guest Experience

Deliver a warm, personalized guest experience at every touchpoint.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain a high standard of service and presentation across all interactions.
