Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven MICE Sales Executive to support our Meetings & Events team. The role involves handling client inquiries, supporting event operations, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and relationship management.

 

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Meetings & Events Manager.

Greet and assist scheduled visitors and clients.

Coordinate and support corporate hospitality events and meetings.

Conduct market research and participate in promotional initiatives.

Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and activities.
