Overview:
We are seeking two highly experienced Indian Chefs to work for a private Indian family of four in Nyon, Switzerland. The ideal candidates will be experts in North Indian cuisine with strong proficiency in tandoor cooking.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of authentic North Indian dishes and tandoor items
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and food quality
Plan and prepare daily meals for the family
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate grocery requirements
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen
Requirements:
Indian male candidates preferred
Must hold a UK passport, long-term UK visa, or a passport from the USA, Canada, or any Schengen country
Proven expertise in North Indian cuisine and tandoor preparation
Previous experience working in private households or fine-dining establishments is desirable
Good communication skills in English or Hindi
