Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Printing Machine Maintenance Technician responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large-format digital printing machines (DTF, UV, and Eco-Solvent). The role requires strong technical expertise in printer mechanics, electronics, and color calibration, along with the ability to train end users and ensure optimal machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair large-format digital printers (DTF / UV / Eco-Solvent).
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Replace and align printheads (Epson i3200, XP600, Ricoh Gen5, etc.).
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and ink system issues.
Maintain color profiles, ink flow systems, and motion systems.
Document maintenance activities and report recurring issues.
Provide basic operational training and technical support to machine operators.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
(May require travel to other branches across the Kingdom)
Contract Duration:
2 Years (Renewable)
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital printing machine maintenance and repair.
Experience with DTF, UV, and Eco-Solvent printers is essential.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Specialized courses in printer electronics, mechatronics, or large-format digital printing preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: SAR 1,800 – 2,500 (based on experience)
Food Allowance: SAR 300
