About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with automation tools, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks.

Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

Execute automated test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.

Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools.

Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case reviews.

Enhance testing efficiency by improving automation frameworks and processes.

Work closely with manual testing teams to identify test scenarios for automation.

Prepare detailed bug reports and track issues to resolution.

Ensure adherence to software testing standards, procedures, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in automation testing.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test script development.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, and web debugging tools.

Hands-on experience with at least one testing framework.

Experience in API testing using Postman.

Practical knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
