Job Purpose
The Lead of AI will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the organization’s artificial intelligence and data science strategy. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical execution to build AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business and product impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy:
Define the AI and data science roadmap aligned with the overall business and product vision.
Establish frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards for AI initiatives.
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that offer tangible business value.
Mentor, guide, and grow the data science function to build a strong technical foundation.
Execution:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning models.
Work with large, diverse datasets across multiple industries and sources.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and integrate AI capabilities into core products.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts to ensure alignment between technical output and business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Statistics.
Deep expertise in machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience in deploying production-grade AI models and managing ML pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
