Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Head to oversee the upkeep and efficient operation of a large and diverse fleet of vehicles and construction equipment across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between site teams and the central office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee maintenance operations for all vehicles and equipment across multiple sites.
Diagnose and resolve vehicle and equipment maintenance issues efficiently.
Coordinate with drivers and site teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Maintain regular communication and reporting with the central office.
Monitor vehicle condition, service schedules, and downtime to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain awareness of spare parts, their availability, and prevailing market rates.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns.
Lead and guide maintenance staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Take practical, timely decisions in the company’s best interest.

In-depth knowledge of heavy vehicles, trucks, and construction machinery.
Ability to handle operations across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
Familiarity with maintenance planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
