Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in delivering high-quality MEP solutions. The successful candidate will oversee design, ensure compliance with industry standards, manage resources, and collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the engineering department, including staff training, performance evaluation, and outsourcing where needed.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Project Oversight:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of MEP projects.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and technical specifications.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure high engineering standards.
Review and approve project designs and documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project management, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Experience Requirements:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP contracting or related field.
Proven managerial experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
