Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the industrial products sector, specifically in flanges and pipe fittings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic flange market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC companies, traders, and fabricators.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams (production and dispatch) to ensure timely deliveries.
Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients, gather competitor intelligence, and update management.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience: 2–7 years in Industrial Product Sales, particularly Flanges or Pipe Fittings.
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred)
MBA in Marketing (optional, preferred)
Additional sales or industrial marketing certifications will be an advantage
Experience Requirements:
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales
Excellent market research and client acquisition skills
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati preferred
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
