Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in XLPE Compounding, Masterbatch, or PVC Compounding industries. The role involves driving sales growth through project and export sales, maintaining client relationships, and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in XLPE, Masterbatch, or PVC compounding sales.
Degree in Plastic Technology (preferred).
Proven experience in project and export sales.
GCC experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
