Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of a Steel Wire Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant management, operations, and sales within the steel wire industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industrial and safety regulations.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
Coordinate with sales and management teams to align production with market demand.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Plant Manager or similar role.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the steel wire industry is essential.
Mechanical Engineering degree; MBA preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Qatar’s industrial regulations.
GCC experience in factory management (preferred).
