Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draughtsman with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in structural detailing and drawing checking. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in preparing and reviewing structural drawings for a wide range of projects, ensuring precision, accuracy, and compliance with international standards. Experience in detailing vessels and tanks is essential, while proficiency in Tekla Modelling and Detailing will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural and fabrication drawings for various types of steel structures.
Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate effectively with structural engineers and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain quality, consistency, and compliance across all project documentation.
Work on projects involving vessels, tanks, offshore platforms, handrails, ladders, skid-mounted structures, PEBs, and high-rise facilities.
Perform thorough clash checks and ensure design integrity across drawings.
Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs for procurement and planning.
Apply advanced knowledge of connection design, fabrication standards, and detailing processes in day-to-day work.
Provide drafting support for vessel and tank detailing.
Efficiently manage complex modeling tasks while maintaining precision and attention to detail.

Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
6–8 years of professional experience in structural detailing and drawing verification.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in vessel/tank detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent structural detailing software.
Experience with Tekla Structures for modeling and detailing is highly desirable.
Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free outputs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
