Role Overview:
The Fashion Designer will lead the design and creative process from concept to final product, ensuring innovation, quality, and alignment with brand aesthetics. The role requires strong technical and creative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop original concepts, sketches, and prototypes for fashion collections.
Research trends and forecast upcoming styles.
Select fabrics and collaborate with pattern and production teams.
Create print and embroidery designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Lead and mentor junior designers to foster creative excellence.
Ensure quality control throughout sampling and production.
Present design concepts and collections to management.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in fashion design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful collections.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate.
In-depth understanding of textiles and garment construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
Leadership and presentation skills.
Salary: QAR 10,000 per month
