Role Overview:
The Pattern Maker will create precise garment patterns using both digital (Lectra) and manual methods. The position requires collaboration with design and production teams to ensure perfect fit, structure, and construction for fashion collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate digital and manual patterns across categories.
Use Lectra software for design, grading, and fabric optimization.
Collaborate with designers to interpret sketches and ensure fit accuracy.
Assist in sample development and finalization.
Conduct quality checks on patterns before production.
Resolve pattern and fit-related issues during sampling.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
5+ years of pattern-making experience in the apparel/fashion industry.
Expertise in Lectra software (Gerber or Optitex a plus).
Strong manual pattern-making skills.
Deep knowledge of garment construction and fabric behavior.
Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
Salary: QAR 10,000 per month
