Job Title: General Manager (Fine Dining)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:
The General Manager will lead all front-of-house operations for a premium fine-dining destination offering multiple live kitchens and high-volume service. The role combines pre-opening project management with post-launch operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening:

Lead recruitment, training, and setup of all FOH functions.

Develop SOPs, service standards, and team hierarchy.

Implement POS/FOH software and coordinate with BOH systems.

Oversee vendor selection and operational readiness.

Operations:

Manage daily service flow across all dining sections.

Ensure synchronized service and guest satisfaction.

Maintain quality, hygiene, and brand service standards.

Handle reservations, VIP hosting, and event coordination.

Financial & People Management:

Monitor budgets, P&L, and cost control.

Lead and train a large multicultural FOH team.

Build client relationships and promote business development.

 

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

12+ years of hospitality experience; 5+ years in a GM or Senior Manager role.

Experience in fine dining or high-volume multi-kitchen operations.

Pre-opening and team management expertise.

Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

GCC experience preferred; fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

Compensation & Benefits:

SAR 22,000–25,000 net per month

Housing & transport included within package

30 days paid annual leave
