Role Overview:
The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, supporting designers and tailors, and ensuring seamless coordination across production activities. This role requires a proactive, organized individual with experience in managing fashion, tailoring, or production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day studio operations.
Coordinate designer production schedules and timelines.
Supervise tailors and ensure quality control of all outputs.
Manage workshop schedules, materials, and inventory.
Support client communication, logistics, and studio systems.
Experience Requirements:
Desired Profile:
Previous experience managing a team or studio (fashion or production preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Proactive, responsible, and passionate about supporting creative teams.
