Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales leads through channels such as email outreach, social media, and trade portals.
Conduct detailed market mapping to create country-specific business development strategies.
Perform cold calls and client outreach within assigned markets to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
Manage and nurture key customer accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams — including production, logistics, regulatory, and finance — to ensure timely order execution and fulfillment.
Ensure all exports and shipments comply with applicable laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
Drive achievement of export sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Preferred Industry Background
Healthcare sector — specifically candidates with experience in manufacturing, selling, or exporting medical disposables and hospital products.
Experience Requirements:
Experience Required
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Exports / International Business Development within the Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
