About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Store Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of multiple bakery outlets, central kitchens, and support teams. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and drive business growth through efficiency, innovation, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Operations: Oversee daily functioning of all bakery outlets, central kitchens, and support teams.
Drive Excellence: Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, hygiene practices, and brand standards.
Innovate & Collaborate: Work closely with Supply Chain, QA, and R&D teams to enhance product quality, optimize costs, and improve operational speed.
Mentor Teams: Lead, train, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve performance goals.
Grow the Business: Drive new outlet openings, retrofits, and business expansion initiatives.
Monitor Performance: Analyze sales, wastage, and operational data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in bakery, QSR, or café chains.
Proven Track Record: Experience managing 25+ stores with consistent operational success.
Education: Diploma/UG/PG in a relevant field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of bakery production, display management, and front-of-house service models.
Excellent data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
