Job Title: Head Chef

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen and curate a distinctive course menu of contemporary Rajasthani cuisine, along with an à la carte menu of contemporary and authentic Indian dishes. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience through innovative menu planning, presentation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations and manage the culinary team.

Develop and curate contemporary Rajasthani and Indian menus.

Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Innovate new dishes while preserving authentic flavors.

Oversee inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination.

Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Ensure consistency in food quality and service delivery.

Job Details

Contract Duration: 1 year

Location: Udaipur

Experience Required: 3–5 years (freshers with exceptional skills may be considered)

Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Education & Qualifications

Graduation: IHM or Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts

Post-Graduation: Preferred, not mandatory

Specialization: Indian or Rajasthani cuisine
