Job Title: Sales Executive – Flexible Packaging
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (On-site only)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities in the flexible packaging segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of packaging materials, film structures, barrier properties, and conversion processes, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive B2B manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across FMCG, food, and industrial segments for flexible packaging solutions (laminates, stand-up pouches, rolls, zipper pouches, etc.).

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Technical Sales Expertise: Recommend suitable laminate combinations based on barrier properties, shelf life, and end-use application.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new opportunities.

Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close orders in coordination with internal teams.

Coordination with Production: Work with design, extrusion, and lamination teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Reporting: Maintain records of client communications, sales targets, and market feedback, and submit regular reports to management.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in flexible packaging sales (laminated films, pouches, or rolls).

Strong understanding of film structures (e.g., PET, BOPP, MET PET, LD, CPP, Poly structures) and packaging formats.

Ability to explain and match laminate structures with customer requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.

Willingness to relocate to Jamshedpur and travel for client visits.
