Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title: Spa Manager
Department: Spa / Wellness

Work Profile:

Oversee daily spa operations, including front desk and treatment rooms

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Schedule maintenance and maintain cleanliness of spa facilities and equipment

Coordinate bookings, walk-ins, and appointments efficiently

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Handle staff grievances, discipline, and motivation

Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve complaints promptly

Monitor feedback and implement service improvements

Develop client retention strategies, loyalty programs, and special offers

Suggest and manage seasonal promotions or holiday packages

Set and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Control inventory and place orders for supplies/products

Introduce new treatments or products based on market trends and client demand

Liaise with product suppliers and training providers as needed

Utilize spa management software effectively
