Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic CPX Lead to drive growth and performance in our affiliate marketing vertical. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with proven leadership experience in performance marketing, possessing a strong understanding of martech, fintech, adtech, or e-commerce ecosystems. This is a strategic role requiring ownership of P&L, GTM strategy, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale the CPX (affiliate marketing) business in alignment with company goals.

Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Manage P&L, budgets, and performance metrics for the vertical.

Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing marketers and account managers.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand the affiliate network.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

Nationality: Saudi nationals only (mandatory).

Experience: 4–8 years in affiliate or performance marketing leadership roles.

Industry Background: Martech, fintech, adtech, or e-commerce (not retail, telecom, or insurance).

Education: Graduate degree required; post-graduation preferred but not mandatory.

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent role.

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Compensation: Up to 20,000 SAR per month (depending on experience).
