We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales professional with 1-2 years of experience in jewelry retail or e-commerce. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting with customers, building strong relationships, and understands the nuances of selling high-value items online.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing expert guidance on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.

Online Sales: Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products that align with their style and budget.

Product Expertise: Stay updated on jewelry trends and product details to educate and assist customers effectively.

CRM Maintenance: Log customer interactions and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.

 

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in inside sales, jewelry retail, or e-commerce.

In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry is a strong plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace).

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
