Key Skills :-

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and BOQ preparation.
• Exposure to mechanical layouts, foundation drawings, and structural coordination preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, civil materials, and industrial safety standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently under challenging site conditions and tight timelines.
• Candidates with mechanical understanding or experience in steel plant /Sugar plant / rolling mill civil projects will be given preference.
• Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple site fronts simultaneously.

Job Description :-

• Prepare, verify, and maintain AutoCAD drawings for civil and structural components of rolling mill and associated facilities.
• Develop and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material take-offs for all civil works.
• Monitor and supervise site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and structural teams for layout integration and alignment during project execution.
• Conduct progress tracking, site inspections, and reporting of civil works and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements during civil project execution.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of civil components.
• Support the Project Head in budget control, project documentation, and technical evaluations.
• Assist in foundation design coordination for heavy industrial equipment and mill structures.
• Prepare daily / weekly progress reports, quantity reconciliation, and material utilization summaries.
