Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to identify, engage, and secure franchise partners. The role involves investor sourcing, business pitching, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management to ensure successful franchise expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Sourcing & Prospecting
Identify and connect with potential investors interested in franchise opportunities.
Leverage personal networks, referrals, and industry events to build a strong investor pipeline.
Pitching & Negotiation
Develop compelling pitches showcasing the business model, ROI potential, and competitive advantages.
Conduct meetings, webinars, and presentations to engage potential partners.
Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies.
Market & Business Understanding
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and franchise regulations.
Advise investors on location selection, market feasibility, and business projections.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for new investors post-agreement.

Graduation: Required
Post-Graduation / Special Courses: Optional
Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati
