Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Strategy to lead strategic planning, growth, and brand development across B2C and B2B segments. The role involves designing impactful market strategies, driving user growth, and strengthening brand positioning in the fintech and digital finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

Create brand positioning strategies to build a trusted market identity.

Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to unify brand communication.

Lead GTM strategies for product launches, partnerships, and expansions.

Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.

Represent the company at industry events and forums.

Develop strategies to onboard HNIs and institutional investors.

Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams for execution alignment.

Identify new revenue opportunities through innovative product and pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications

7–8 years of experience in business strategy, preferably in finance or fintech.

Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or related fields.

Deep understanding or strong interest in blockchain, crypto, and digital finance.

Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience in growth hacking and performance marketing is a plus.
