Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Rust Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of system programming, distributed systems, and blockchain/DeFi protocols, along with experience in containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build Rust-based applications using frameworks like Actix Web and Substrate.
Apply microservices patterns (CQRS, SAGA, API Gateway, Service Discovery) for scalable architecture.
Integrate blockchain and DeFi protocols (e.g., Aave, Polygon) and develop smart contracts in Solidity.
Work on backend systems with Java, C++, and JavaScript integrations.
Develop and optimize messaging pipelines using Kafka and Redis.
Manage distributed databases like SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS.
Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate in Agile teams with Git-based workflows and CI/CD processes.
Conduct performance tuning and resolve production issues.
Stay updated with advancements in the Rust and blockchain ecosystem.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IT with 4+ years in Rust development.
Strong programming experience in Rust, Java, C++, JavaScript, and Solidity.
Expertise in microservices design and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, IPFS).
Familiarity with blockchain/DeFi protocols.
Strong understanding of Kafka, Redis, and high-performance systems.
Experience with Spring Boot, Actix Web, and Substrate frameworks.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Linux environments.
Preferred Qualifications
