Job Purpose
To achieve showroom sales targets and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high client satisfaction and brand representation.
Report sales performance and customer feedback to the Showroom Supervisor.
Requirements
Technical Degree (Interior Design background preferred)
Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years of furniture sales experience
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Attend to clients in the showroom, providing expert product advice.
Meet and exceed sales targets (weekly, monthly, yearly).
Ensure proper display and accurate tagging of products.
Update CRM and ERP systems with customer data and sales activity.
Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness.
