Experience Required: 3–4 years in material submittal preparation (construction or joinery sector)

Salary Range: SAR 6,000 – 8,000
Job Purpose
To prepare, review, and manage all material technical submittals in line with project requirements and ensure timely approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Review project specifications and BOQs to determine material needs.
Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for consultant/client approval.
Coordinate with suppliers for data sheets, certificates, and samples.
Maintain a Material Submittal Log (MSL) and Material Tracker.
Follow up with consultants on submitted materials and comments.
Ensure all materials comply with project standards (LEED, fire rating, etc.).
Support procurement and site teams with material confirmation and approvals.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering
3–4 years of relevant experience in joinery or construction
Strong understanding of submittal processes and material standards
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
