Job Title: Showroom Manager (Kitchens)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in kitchen sales and showroom management
Nationality Preference: Lebanese, Syrian, or Jordanian
Salary Range: SAR 10,000 – 14,000

Job Purpose

To oversee the daily operations of the kitchen showroom, ensuring sales growth, smooth coordination with other departments, and high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and monitor monthly and yearly sales targets.

Review and analyze daily sales performance.

Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.

Review sales quotations, designs, and production orders before submission.

Ensure showroom displays are maintained and updated as per standards.

Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss targets and opportunities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Coordinate with procurement, technical, and accounting departments.

Oversee CRM updates and ensure all customer interactions are properly recorded.

Maintain showroom appearance and uphold brand standards.
