Job Title: Showroom Manager (Furniture)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Reports To: Sales Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in retail furniture sales and showroom management
Nationality Preference: Lebanese Male
Salary Range: SAR 15,000 – 17,000

Job Purpose

To maximize sales and profitability of the assigned showroom while enhancing brand image and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor daily sales performance and report to management.

Lead and train the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain service standards.

Conduct regular staff training on sales techniques, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Maintain proper implementation of R&D and merchandising standards.

Ensure showroom readiness for promotions and seasonal activities.

Oversee stock management, transfers, and showroom inventory accuracy.

Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.

Ensure CRM and ERP systems are updated with all customer and sales data.

Conduct weekly meetings to review performance and identify business opportunities.
