Job Summary:
Responsible for ERP analysis, procurement, inventory management, vendor management, production coordination, and import/export logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP & Data Analysis:
Monitor dashboards (Purchase, Sales, Stock Aging, Vendor Analysis).
Track purchase and sales data, pending orders, and optimize decision-making.
Procurement & Inventory Management:
Review technical specifications for raw materials and components.
Manage obsolete/slow-moving stock and ensure timely purchase orders.
Coordinate stock liquidation before new procurement.
Vendor & Supplier Performance:
Evaluate vendor cost, quality, and delivery.
Resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
Production & Dispatch Coordination:
Support production planning and BOM/RPO management.
Oversee dispatch activities and MIS reporting.
Drive improvements to meet plant KPIs.
Experience Requirements:
Imports & Exports Logistics:
Manage clearing and forwarding, import costing, L/C documentation, and customs clearance.
Verify and process freight forwarder invoices for payment.
Education & Qualifications:
Graduation: B.Tech (Electronics)
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in ERP systems.
Good analytical and communication skills (English/Hindi).
Stable, professional, and attractive personality.
