About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the Chairman’s office by managing communications, schedules, and confidential matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Coordinate and follow up on meetings, briefings, and action points with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and various internal and external stakeholders.
Screen and manage calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses and escalation of important matters.
Facilitate seamless communication across all departments and business functions.
Project & Task Management
Track ongoing projects, tasks, and initiatives across different business verticals.
Monitor progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Support in research, data compilation, and preparation of status reports as needed.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions and safeguard the Chairman’s priorities and time.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
0–2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the luxury or lifestyle industry is an advantage).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach with attention to detail.
