About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented recruiter with 4 years of experience in hiring talent across the Middle East and APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the diverse recruitment needs and cultural nuances of these regions, as well as the ability to source, attract, and secure top talent for a wide range of roles. This position requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to meet the hiring demands of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the Middle East and APAC region, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, organizational needs, and team culture.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the region, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and other platforms to attract top talent.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit for various positions.
Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Leverage recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM systems to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate pipelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners in the region to assist with specialized hiring needs.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor laws in the Middle East and APAC region to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Management teams to support on boarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Prepare and maintain regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights into time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Should have knowledge to generate the database management and optimization it to close the clients profile.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and drive.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
