Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture tools from technical drawings with high precision.
Supervise tool room operations ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
Provide technical support to production and engineering teams.
Perform root cause analysis during tool trials.
Experience Requirements:
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Train, coach, and lead toolmakers for continuous improvement.
Manage KPI performance, reporting, and operational targets.
Knowledge of CAD, CNC programming, SAP, and MS Office.
