Job Summary:
Looking for a highly skilled Press Tool Designer with expertise in sheet metal component feasibility, die design, and progressive tool development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies for sheet metal components.
Design and detail press tools (progressive, stage, blanking, piercing, bending, forming, etc.).
Experience Requirements:
Create 2D/3D drawings and Bill of Materials.
Select raw materials as per engineering standards.
Develop designs for high-tolerance and critical press parts.
Lead tool design and development activities from concept to trial.
Proficiency in GD&T.
Expertise in 3D modelling (Cimatron preferred).
Preferred Industry: Sheet Metal, Machining, and Press Tool Manufacturing
