Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Legal Associate with experience in corporate and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will handle matters under the Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Companies Act, Arbitration, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct independent research and draft notices, complaints, and petitions.
Coordinate with clients and junior staff for filings and litigation management.
Represent the organization before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
Assist senior lawyers during evidence and arguments stages.
Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned legal matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
LLB degree required; post-graduation not mandatory.
2+ years of experience practicing as a lawyer before trial courts in Bangalore.
Strong knowledge of IBC or Civil Procedure Code (CPC).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates fluent in Kannada will be preferred.
