Role Overview
Seeking a technically strong Architect with proven experience in luxury residential projects. The role requires detailed technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and client presentations for interior architecture.
Prepare detailed technical drawing packages with precision.
Design bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior architecture details.
Specify hard finishes, fittings, and materials.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, lighting designers, and consultants.
Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and oversee installations.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in high-end residential projects.
Strong technical and detailing skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite).
Middle East project experience advantageous.
Expertise in joinery, finishes, and specifications.
Understanding of MEP and integrated services.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows is a plus.
