Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and procurement aspects of luxury residential projects on a remote basis. The role demands excellent technical, negotiation, and digital skills to support high-value international developments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
Draft and manage contracts, subcontracts, and contractual correspondence.
Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and contractor agreements.
Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
Apply digital tools, Excel, and AI systems to optimize QS processes.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
7+ years’ QS experience, preferably in luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, tendering, procurement, and budget management.
International or Middle East project experience advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel and data management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Procore or similar tools is a plus.
